money makes the world go around..

Money makes the world go around? Not really in my opinion.. It makes me have a headache.. As much as people tend to say money can’t buy you happiness, I tend to disagree most of the time.. Maybe out of a 10 times if someone were to tell me money doesn’t get you happiness I would agree once..or at most twice.. Honestly I would love to agree more.. but I can’t.. sometimes when you’re short on cash that you desperately need, one tends to get worked up and thinking of how to make more money to cover for that extra one needs.. In the end only leading to unwanted stress and worrying into the night.. What I’m trying to say is We need to save… seriously.. cut down on spending on unnecessary things.. spend on what is needed.. no matter how many times I told myself before not to spend unnecessarily.. but then at that moment I had the extra cash.. so I thought why not… no problem ma.. haha..but then there may come another time later on, when that extra money accumulated would help a lot.. haha.. So when u can save, save… but that does not mean you can’t buy something that you really want or treat yourself to something once in a while ..no harm in that.. So try putting aside abit every month.. sikit sikit lama lama jadi bukit.. though lama make take a long time.. u never know when it can help.. I’m thinking bout putting aside some money to help the less fortunate as well .. donations and sort.. I think it’s a good thing to do.. I’ve a few frens who do that.. and I think it’s really good of them.. and I think it’s bout time I give back something.. though it may not be hell of a lot.. but still it’s a start.. I think this holidays even though it’s just started, has given lots of time to think bout stuff.. And I’m determined to improve… be a better person.. gain more knowledge..well you know the drill I’m sure.. So I’ve got a new thing on my list of things to do.. Manage my funds better ..and also start giving back to society.. Furthermore ,with it being Christmas and all.. It’s the season of giving..

days go by....ever so slowly...

been getting really boring these days..Time always seems to take forever to pass by when u got nothing to do.. haiz... when I say nothing though it somehow means nothing that I wanna do..haha.. that’s the catch always isn’t it.. whenever ppl say I’m so bored I got nothing to do.. the fact actually is that there is plenty to do..but u either don’t wanna do it or u don’t feel like doing it at that very moment..guess that’s been my problem..so decided to sort it out bit today..drew up a timetable of what I should be doin everyday.. things that I must at least try to make sure I do.. work out,chores,guitar,languages, swimming..thats bout it.. these are the must do’s … anything apart from that is optional I guess.. but been thinking what happens when I start work..dilemma starts again.. how to juggle time.. prob need to make new timetable.. but hopefully maintain everything in there.. figured out something else I think I need to learn.. COOK… basically never really bothered last time.. till of course I watched Jamie oliver.. damn… he makes me hungry even watching his shows.. and seriously I’m even tempted to try out the dishes that he cooks involving fish.. they’re just mmmmm.. so hopefully I’ll manage to learn somehow.. and not blow up the kitchen in the process.. So I need not worry bout being bored anymore .. but need to be focused though in what I wanna do and achieve.. Oh ya almost forgot .. birthday wishes to Shaleni.. Happy 20th birthday… no more a teenager.. have a blast..Lately been getting really hooked on couple of tv shows.. House.. damn addictive.. then all those car rebuilding shows on discovery real time.. overhauling,rides and etc… getting hooked on those Plymouth barracuda’s, shelby’s, mustang’s, 1960 cadillac.. I want to own a muscle car one day.. this week’s goin to be job hunting week for me.. If anyone knows of any event jobs that needs extra ppl..pls let me know.. or any good suggestions.. hopefully can get a job and can start next month.. need the money.. and besides that exams results for my 1st sem are coming out on Thursday.. finger’s crossed ppl.. and pls pray for me..haha.. need all the help I can get…Time ticks by ever so slowly when u want something sooner than it is..

busy busy...

been a busy week .... been goin up and down to penang to the airport.. haiz.... but it was worthwhile... sis and bro just left for aussie today afternoon..it's been good to have them around .. quite fun apart from the usual bro and sis picking on u and so on..haha..Well.. let see from what i've supposed to since i planned out my hols,so far only started my swimming classes.. not bad...gotta work on my breathing though..been learning the breaststroke.. strokes are ok..only breathing..wished i had gills somehow..easier then..hahaha.. spanish hasnt started properly yet..been lazy and busy withmy sis and bro around..the same can be said about mandarin..and thinking bout it.. i better brush up on my hokkien as well.. it can only get me so far as ordering food and basic stuff..most of the tiem when i try to act smart and do as if i can talk i end up nodding my head or shaking my head as if i understand what the personis talking and try to end the conversation as soon as possible..haha..so better do it asap.. next week or shouldi say tomorrow, i need to start job hunting.. not sure what i'm looking for pero(but in spanish) i want a job that is kinda really part time..hahaha..work like 3-4 days a week or nites only ..somehting like that would be great...we'll see how it goes..

It's been a while.. maybe too long

wow.. my last post has been bout a year ago.. guess i've been too lazy to blog bout anything.. and when i feel like bloggin somehow i cant access the page or something like that.. just finished first sem at monash.. on 3 months hols.. woohoo... exams were pissing off.. so busy studyin..but that is what happpens when u play around whole sem and only start to study when exams draw near.. and it's always too late.. then after that u go like..i'll start studyin early next sem.. and if you're like me... it never happens.. haha.. i couldnt wait for the hols... have so many things that i wanna do...wanna learn how to swim..yeah i can't swim..haha..learn mandarin properly...still lagging in that.. learn spanish.. get fit(hopefully six pack,better stamina and etc..) .. laugh it out.. i know it's funny.. work part time.. so that can buy a laptop and put some money into my 'tabung untuk pergi melancong' here and there... hopefully can go bali,sarawak for the rainforest music festival, perhentian/redang and most of all... UK and europe...not sure how things are goin to turn out.. but i think most of it is possible.. i need to focus on what i want.. got my first swimmin lesson tomorrow..hahaha.. so will see how that goes.. basically the story of my life so far during hols has been.. sleep...eat ...tv..futbol..online... bum around... so i need to start getting productive.. haha.. but been listening to some new tunes.. and stumbled upon couple of asian bands... if u guys want a dose of acid jazz/funk sorta style ,check out clazziquai (korean band)... some songs like dance and lover boy are good in my opinion... then another band that has reall got me hooked is THE GREAT SPY EXPERIMENT, a singaporean band.... they've got some goood songs... indie rock ... some songs to listen to would be ' Class A love affair' and 'The great decay' ... awesome tracks... actually planning to get the album if i can... another band would be Electrico also from singapore.. some of the songs that you should listen to would be 'Love in a new wave' and 'Runaway' ... check it out if u have the time.. if you wanna listen songs from The Great Spy Experiment, go to this link .. for Clazziquai and Electrico ..go to youtube and i'm sure you'll find what you're looking for.. listening to so much music lately has made me wanting to go for a concert..havent been to one yet.. so need to pick a good one to go to.. i'm thinking maybe snow patrol, dishwalla, frequency cannon,electrico or the great spy experiment... i think these bands would be worth goin for if i get the chance of course.. been thinking lately about goals in life and i think i need to expand mine.. i need to think of a bigger picture.. hopefully it'll spur me to greater things..
